  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  5. Ship the item back to us using a traceable and insured shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
  6. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund in the form of store credit or exchange as per your preference.


Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only, excluding any shipping charges, within 21 days of receiving the returned item. 

Store Credit: 

Store credit in your Pennie McCall account can be redeemed towards the purchase of an item from our Site. Store credit expires after 6 months. Store credit is strictly non-refundable, non-extensible and non-transferable.


If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the desired item to you, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, certain items may be non-returnable, such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings. We will clearly indicate any non-returnable items on their respective product pages.
